Let’s be honest, nobody likes managing, forecasting, and building calendars. Yet, so much of lifecycle marketing is calendar management.
This really isn’t a good use of time, so I spent several hours developing a Claude skill that makes building a campaign calendar from scratch a thing of the past.
All you have to do is insert your brand, and it generates a custom database and calendar view you can use to build and track campaigns across any channel around every moment that is relevant to your brand.
How to get started?
Connect Claude to Notion
Save this .skill file to your Claude account
Run the calendar skill, and insert your brand name
Wait for it to run
Open Notion and access your fully built campaign calendar
In about five minutes, you'll have instant access to two resources:
A full year of moments, so you can prioritize your calendar around what matters most for the business.

An example of a real calendar output
A place to tie campaigns to those specific moments, so you can build, track, and manage everything in one view.

A quick overview showcasing how the campaign template works
One more thing…
Once you’ve built the calendar, you can use the same Notion connector to generate potential campaign ideas to drive volume, conversion, and retention. And it will all be relevant to your brand. I find this especially helpful to solve the blank page problem and get my wheels spinning.

Also, if you don’t use Notion, this skill should theoretically work with any other project management tool that is listed in the connections tab — like Asana, Airtable, Clickup, or Linear. You’ll just need to tell Claude to update it based on your use case and tech stack.
